Early Life

Madusu Koroma was born on the 18th of December 2000 to Mohamed Farah Koroma and Rugiatu Koroma (Nee) Thoronka in Nkikoro Samaia Bandugu Chiefdom Tonkolili District which is situated in the northern part of Sierra Leone. Both her father and mother are Early LifeKorankos by the tribe. They hailed from Bumbuna Chiefdom Tokolili District and Alkalia Chiefdom Koinadugu District Northern part of Sierra Leone, respectively.

Madusu Koroma attended the Juba Army Municipal Primary School – Freetown onto classes six, where she sat to the National Primary School Examination (NPSE). She went to the Summit Junior Secondary School where she sat to the Basic Education Certificate Examination and proceeded to the Government Model Senior Secondary School where she sat to the West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificates Examination (WASSCE). She furthered to the Milton Margai University of Science and Technology – Godrich campus, where she is currently a student at the Faculty Of Science Department Laboratory Technician. 

Career

Madusu Koroma is a black belter martial artist, an actor, the chief executive officer of the Creative Vision Company, co-producer, location manager, production manager, Administrative officer for the Actors Guild – Sierra Leone, an entertainer and businesswoman. 

Madusu is part of the Sierra Leone National Karate Team, and she has taken part in about four competitions. She did so in Bo, Makeni, Freetown – at the national stadium while the major one was in Mali when she represented Sierra Leone in the West African Regional Feather Weight Championship. She has gotten sixteen certificates for a different set of activities and competitions within the discipline and has attended Olympic solidarity courses as well.


She is the only Sierra Leonean female that has and is still training different major disciplines of martial art. That is Thaikuando – black belt, Scioto Khan Karate – green belt, Kai Kushin Karate – white belt and Kickboxing. She was taught by both local martial art masters and experts from South Korea and Nigeria. Madusu is still actively training martial art. She is a lady that you would not want to mess up with no matter what. She is the strongest female celebrity that can stand whoever may want to mess up with her physically.

Madusu Koroma started her career as a martial artist in 2012, and she is the first female celebrity martial artist with a black belt First-Dan in Sierra Leone. She developed her martial art skills from one level to the other until she attained her black belt. She is one of the most dangerous celebrities no man dears to bully or attack her.

Madusu joined the film industry with the Sky Maxx Film Production and made her debut appearance in the movie ”Captain Shasha” where she won her first national award as the Best-Supporting Actress of the year. And that same year, she was also nominated in several awards across Sierra Leone. After making her second appearance in Tears in Africa, she joined one of the biggest movie companies – Universal Image, in 2016.  Madusu has appeared in more than twelve movies, with more action genres. Because of her height, strength and skills, she has been featured in the ongoing reality Hidden Treasure Reality TV Show organized by the Sierra Leone Ministry of Tourism and Culture in collaboration with the African Young Voices Television.
