Lloyd Zachariah was born in Sierra Rutile, Mogbwemo, and was raised in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He is an Actor/Director/Screenwriter, Gospel, and Humanitarian Musician, a businessman/social entrepreneur, an advocate, a motivator, and a freelance air personality.

He started music at the age of 10 inspired by the Paradise Compilation VOL-1 produced by Jimmy B – the godfather of Sierra Leone music. He recorded his first song in 2002 at the Forensic Records Studio. He started his acting career in theatre in 2004 and later quit. He started filmmaking in 2006 as an actor and screenwriter.

Lloyd wrote his first original script titled COMMUNITY CRIME in 2009. He produced his first movie, HOME OF THE WITCHES as an assistant director in 2009. He shot his second movie as the Director-General in 2011. Lloyd continued to direct movies and train actors until 2014 when he made his first debut appearance as an actor.

In between those years, he directed 9 movies that were later considered crap. The movie title, COMMUNITY CRIME, which he wrote in 2009 and directed in 2014; starred as the lead actor and that was the first time for him to appear in a lead role in a movie. He went on to produce and direct his first documentary, a 3 in 1 Ebola education sensitization documentary that was filmed during the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone.

In 2016 he directed and starred in his biggest role in a movie that everyone considered his breakthrough; the story was written, screenplay by him and produced by the Nollywood and Sierra Leone multi award-winning producer and actor Collins Archie-Pierce based in the U.K, who also starred on the movie titled TRANSFORM yet to be released.

Lloyd won his first international award from the SIIKETV Network Rising Star Awards as the Writer of the Year 2017, for the screenplay of his movie COMMUNITY CRIME. He is, by all means, one of the finest screenwriters and actors in Sierra Leone. In October 2017, he released his first professional gospel music video titled MAKE IT, H.O.L.Y; he released SO SOON in 2018, and he is working imminently on his album he proposed to release anytime soon.
